Each triangle holds a 12″ speaker without back enclosure, enabling the membranes to expand freely during low frequency impulses, acting as an almost impossible propeller to move the heavy object along its axis, like barely-trembling compass needle. The minimal composition prepared for the given space uses recordings of hopeless calls for help from sinking refugee boats in the Mediterranean Sea.

Kulczynski entirely takes an advantage of the acoustic potential of the abandoned place and lets us immerse in the vast masses of waves of sound. The sound becomes an exhibit, it changes with the visitor‘s movement and completes the architecture and the atmosphere of the space.
